We prioritize shipping out your order as soon as they are Ready
If your order is 70%-100% complete, your order will ship out immediately
If you would like to be notified of any Out of Stock or In Shortage items, please leave a Comment during CheckOut to have us notify you. You will have 24 hours to reply back to us after notification is made. If no reply is received, your order will be shipped and the difference will be returned to you automatically.
All orders placed before 1 pm (PST) will have priority for same day processing and will be attempted to be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm (PST) will be processed the next business day.
We use UPS (United Parcel Service) as our primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments. We also provide Freight forwarder/Cargo deliveries immediate around the Los Angeles Downtown Fashion District Area with the minimum purchase of $50.
A shipment notification email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package.
We do not ship to P.O. Box Address or APO/FPOs
We do not prvide drop shipping
Any returned packages with failure delivery (i.e, multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal) you will be issued Store Credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 30% restocking fee
Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Time
When checking out your order, we offer an Estimated Delivery date.
These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated Delivery date does not include several factors including Processing time in our warehouse - how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment. Some orders may take longer to process/assemble before we are able to ship them.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Returns may be made with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns without a RA number will not be accepted.
There will be a 30% restocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to defective, broken, or wrongly shipped items. All other reasons for Returns are subject to a mandatory 30% restocking fee including shipping charges
All refunds are CUSTOMER POINTS ONLY (STORE CREDIT). No exceptions.

In order to receive a RA number, you must make a Return Request by EMAIL ONLY within 5 business days of receiving your order. Phone calls made will not be accounted for as having notified us within 5 days

Shipping Fee for Return Items
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for the Returning items.
However, items returned for but not limited to damaged/ defective/ wrongly shipped items will be reimbursed with Store Credit when shipped with USPS ONLY (United States Postal Service).

Return shipping Instructions
Your Return Authorization (RA) number must be written in a conspicuous place of your packing slip.
If your Return Items have been qualified for shipping reimbursement, please ship with USPS (United States Postal Service) Flat Rate envelope or box. Items packed in unnecessarily large boxes will NOT be fully reimbursed for shipping and handling fee.
You must ship your Return package within 2 business days from when Return Authorization (RA) number was issued. Otherwise, Return will be considered late and authorization will be null/voided.
For Return Items to be accepted for Store Credit, items must be in their original packaging including tags.
